When obtaining online support from the Waverley web site the user must create a “Waverley ID” using specific personal information. First: Simply fill out a brief profile—your e-mail address—then choose a password for security. The system saves your information and assigns you a unique “Waverley ID.” Personal information such as contact information is required to proceed with any online support. Once contact information is provided to Waverley, you can simply enter your e-mail address and password—the system will automatically look up the information it needs—thus saving you time and easing the support process. All of this information is stored in a secure database and will not be shared with any company.
