Solution
Waverley began its collaboration with Danger in January of 2006. Following the “crawl, walk, run” model of implementation, we started with a small team that could quickly come up to speed with Danger’s code and engineering processes. The Waverley team traveled to Danger’s Palo Alto, CA offices where they spent time on knowledge transfer, team building, and other activities to enhance the new partnership. Once the initial team integrated itself into the engineering organization, they were then able to expand in size and depth as necessary. Today, Waverley integrates seamlessly into Danger’s development organization, providing specialized skills and needed team augmentation on a wide variety of projects.
